Blanket Outreach Humboldt

Blanket Outreach Humboldt was formerly named Project Linus until the decision to become a DreamMaker project of Ink People Center for Arts and Culture.

Blanket Outreach members provide quilted and crocheted blankets to such agencies as Changing Tides, Tribal TANF, DHHS Nurse Family Partnership and Betty Quan Chin Homeless Foundation. Approximately 400 blankets are distributed annually. Nearly all of the blankets are given to children and we hope our contributions give a child some happiness and security, and help them feel that someone cares about them.  Our blankets are made and given with love!

We always appreciate monetary donations to our website within Ink People DreamMaker program and also seek donations of fabric and yarn from community members. Donated materials constitute a majority of our working inventory.
